Cut fabrics, ribbons and trims are non-returnable.
If damaged goods are being returned please
contact us via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of
receiving the goods and we will advise you on how to proceed. All returned
items must be accompanied with a description of the damage.
Any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods will be reimbursed and replacement goods sent at no extra cost within 48 hours of the damaged goods being received by us.
Pre-packaged goods such as yarn, thread or ribbons can be returned if unopened and in their original condition within 7 days from the goods being received by the customer for an exchange or refund. In these circumstances the customer is responsible for an associated shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
For returned goods requiring a refund, the order will be processed within 2-3 working days of the goods being received by us in their original condition including all packaging. Payment will reach you via the same method of payment that the purchase was originally made with.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
